Pick an altitude from 1.10× to 100× and buy one or more seats with ETH, in one transaction. 80% goes into the flight's pool, 20% buys $ROCKET and burns it.

Boarding closes every two minutes. The blast height comes from the hash of a later block, so nobody can see it coming. 3% of rockets blow on the pad.

If the rocket reaches your altitude, you're paid your seat × your altitude out of the flight's pool, straight to your wallet. Higher altitude, bigger pay, less likely.

Winners are paid from what the losers put in. If the pool can't cover everyone it's split pro rata; whatever's left carries to the next flight. Nothing is seeded.
